And what does it mean to study at an international boarding school where academic excellence, personal development and a vibrant campus life go hand in hand?\nOn November 4, SSHL – Sigtunaskolan Humanistiska Läroverket, Scandinavia’s leading international boarding school, welcomes Swedish families in Zurich to an inspiring evening exploring education and future opportunities.\nDuring the evening, you will learn more about:\n• Why an increasing number of Swedish and international families are choosing SSHL.\n• How our academic programmes and international environment prepare students for\nstudies at leading universities around the world.\n• The opportunities that await after graduation and how our students build a strong\ninternational network.\n• What life at a boarding school is really like, and how we create a safe, inclusive and\nstimulating environment where students develop both academically and personally.\n• Our wide range of sports, music, culture, leadership, clubs and other activities that\nmake campus life unique.\n• How SSHL has developed in recent years, with a growing international campus, more\napplicants, stronger academic results and a continued focus on quality and student\nwell-being.\nFocus & Flow\nWell-being as a foundation for learning \nAt SSHL, we see student well-being as a crucial part of successful learning. That is why we actively focus on well-being, balance in everyday life and sustainable learning. We have launched a three-year project called Focus & Flow, together with Jonathan Beale (Harvard & Oxford). The project aims to strengthen students focus and presence, leading to improved academic results and students who feel better. Through close mentoring, dedicated boarding teams, a rich range of extracurricular activities and an environment where students feel safe, supported and seen, we create the conditions for greater motivation, improved focus and long-term development. Our ambition is for every student to leave SSHL with strong academic results, but also with self-awareness, balance and the personal skills needed to succeed in life beyond school.\nWe look forward to meeting you and telling you more about how SSHL can be the beginning of an exciting international future.\nTerms & Conditions\nFor event registrations our general policy is that refunds will only be issued for cancellations occurring 3 days or more prior to the event start date. For cancellations 1-2 days before a refund of 50% will be issued. In case of cancellations the same day or non-attendance (“no-show”) the entire participation fee will be charged. In case of no-show for events free of charge, the SSCC will charge a no-show fee of CHF 50.\nAny variation from the above stated policy must be clearly indicated at the time the event registration occurs, and the policy above shall be deemed applicable in the absence of any other notification.\n\n
