DESCRIPTION:The Swedish Swiss Chamber of Commerce in collaboration with Schellenberg Wittmer AG have the pleasure of inviting you to an event on the topic “The Revised Swiss Inheritance Law” taking place on Wednesday 6 April 2022 in Zurich.\nThe Swiss inheritance law is currently being revised. The new law will enter into force on 1 January 2023 and will provide you with more flexibility when planning your estate. During this event you will get an overview on the most important changes and their impact on estate planning in Switzerland. We will in particular highlight, if and to what extent your existing wills and succession pacts may need to be amended, what you should consider when drawing up a new will or succession pact and what you should keep in mind in case of a potential divorce.\nSpeaker\nAndrea Dorjee-Good\nCertified Specialist SBA Inheritance Law, Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP)\nAndrea Dorjee-Good is a partner at Schellenberg Wittmer in Zurich where she heads the Private Wealth Group. Andrea has extensive experience in the field of inheritance and foundation law.
