It is proven through many studies and research that a diverse team perform better, are more innovative and likely to generate more profit. A diverse environment is a win-win for all; people, businesses and society at large.\nDiversity in the workplace involves many aspects such as gender, nationality, age, disability, to mention a few. At this forum we have decided to focus on the aspects of gender and age, the benefits of a gender and age diverse environment and and how this can be achieved. For cancellations 1-2 days before a refund of 50% will be issued. In case of cancellations the same day or non-attendance (“no-show”) the entire participation fee will be charged.
