SUMMARY:Inauguration of the Swiss-Swedish Parliamentary Group – Bern
DESCRIPTION:Mr Martin Candinas and Mrs Irène Kälin, Co-Presidents of the Swiss-Swedish Parliamentary Group, and Dr Beatrice Engström Bondy, Chairperson of the Swedish Swiss Chamber of Commerce, request the pleasure of your company for the Inauguration of the Swiss-Swedish Parliamentary Group taking place on Tuesday 13 June 2023 in Bern.\nThe purpose of this group is to promote contacts between the two countries regarding economic policy interests, as well as bilateral relations in relevant areas. Specifically, an exchange with members of the Swiss Parliament and representatives of Swedish organisations in Switzerland. The goal is mutual understanding and regular dialogue and thereby the development of bilateral relationships.\nMore information about the Swiss-Swedish Parliamentary Group\nHosts\nMr Martin Candinas\nPresident of the National Council of Switzerland\nMrs Irène Kälin\nMember of the National Council of Switzerland\nWe are looking forward to welcoming you to the Swiss Parliament in Bern for a guided tour by Mr Candinas and Mrs Kälin followed by short welcome speeches by our hosts, the Swedish Ambassador-Designate Carl Magnus Nesser, Martin Bürki, Managing Director Ericsson Switzerland, and Beatrice Engström Bondy, Chairperson of the Swedish Swiss Chamber of Commerce. We conclude the evening with an apéro.\nProgramme\n16:45 – 17:15 Registration\n17:30 – 18:30 Guided tour\n18:30 – 19:00 Short welcome speeches\n19:00 – 20:30 Apéro\n20:30   Event end\nThis event is by invitation only.\nIn partnership with\nTerms & Conditions\nFor event registrations our general policy is that refunds will only be issued for cancellations occurring 3 days or more prior to the event start date. For cancellations 1-2 days before a refund of 50% will be issued. In case of cancellations the same day or non-attendance (“no-show”) the entire participation fee will be charged. In case of no-show for events free of charge, the SSCC will charge a no-show fee of CHF 50.\nAny variation from the above stated policy must be clearly indicated at the time the event registration occurs, and the policy above shall be deemed applicable in the absence of any other notification.\n\n
