Please contact us to receive the proposal if you haven’t received it at info@swecham.ch.\nThe management report including the account report will be presented at the meeting.\nFor voting rights, please see below.\nRSVP 1 March 2024\nWelcome!\nKindly sponsored by\nVoting rights\nFor Corporate Members, the voting rights as per the SSCC By-Laws, “5.4 Representation of the corporate members by delegates”, are as follows:\n“Corporate members shall be represented for all purposes under these by-laws by an individual designated to act as delegate. Corporate members with more than 100 permanent employees may delegate up to 5 delegates, corporate members with 11-100 employees may delegate up to 2 delegates and corporate members with 1-10 employees may delegate 1 delegate each of whom shall be entitled to vote.”\nTerms & Conditions\nFor event registrations our general policy is that refunds will only be issued for cancellations occurring 3 days or more prior to the event start date. For cancellations 1-2 days before a refund of 50% will be issued. In case of cancellations the same day or non-attendance (“no-show”) the entire participation fee will be charged. In case of no-show for events free of charge, the SSCC will charge a no-show fee of CHF 50.\nAny variation from the above stated policy must be clearly indicated at the time the event registration occurs, and the policy above shall be deemed applicable in the absence of any other notification.\n\n
