SSCC Business Forum 2020: The Future of Work
Since 2010, the SSCC is organising yearly Business Forums on different topics with the aim of comparing Sweden and Switzerland, to exchange ideas, experiences and learn from each other.
The 8th Business Forum taking place on 29 January 2020 will focus on The Future of Work – opportunities and challenges due to digitalisation and how technologies are shaping how we work, where we work, and the skills we need to work. It is not only a technology revolution but fundamentally a cultural and organisational transformation where talent management is key.
We are delighted to be able to welcome prominent speakers within this area, both from the academic and the corporate world. They will take us through trends for the last decades, main changes, challenges and opportunities in the world of work. They will discuss future leadership, upskilling and reskilling as well as the disruptive changes due to digitalisation.
