The Swedish Swiss Chamber of Commerce have the pleasure of inviting you to the SSCC D&I Forum 2023, taking place on 24 May in Zurich.
Building diverse teams not only improves the employee experience, but it also enhances productivity and the decision-making process. It is proven through many studies and research that a diverse team perform better, are more innovative and likely to generate more profit. A diverse environment is a win-win for all; people, businesses and society at large.
Diversity in the workplace involves many aspects such as gender, nationality, age, disability, to mention a few. At this forum we have decided to focus on the aspects of gender and age, the benefits of a gender and age diverse environment and and how this can be achieved. We will highlight the most important measures and solutions to create an inclusive workplace.
Why attend?
Our aim is to provide a forum to discuss strategies with focus on new perspectives, share real cases, research and support you with concrete tools to increase and develop D&I within your organisation. We will also take you through and highlight common challenges and discuss solutions. This will be an interactive event on one of the top priority topics, that we all know we ”should” address, but don´t know ”how”. At this event you will learn how to start this change.

For event registrations our general policy is that refunds will only be issued for cancellations occurring 3 days or more prior to the event start date. For cancellations 1-2 days before a refund of 50% will be issued. In case of cancellations the same day or non-attendance (“no-show”) the entire participation fee will be charged. In case of no-show for events free of charge, the SSCC will charge a no-show fee of CHF 50.
Any variation from the above stated policy must be clearly indicated at the time the event registration occurs, and the policy above shall be deemed applicable in the absence of any other notification.
