Voting rights
For Corporate Members, the voting rights as per the SSCC By-Laws, “5.4 Representation of the corporate members by delegates”, are as follows:
“Corporate members shall be represented for all purposes under these by-laws by an individual designated to act as delegate. Corporate members with more than 100 permanent employees may delegate up to 5 delegates, corporate members with 11-100 employees may delegate up to 2 delegates and corporate members with 1-10 employees may delegate 1 delegate each of whom shall be entitled to vote.”
