SSCC Mentorship Programme 2026

An initiative designed to connect experienced senior professionals with ambitious young professionals within the chamber network.

The SSCC Mentorship Programme brings together experienced professionals and young talents to share knowledge, build meaningful connections, and support personal and professional growth.

Through carefully matched mentor–mentee pairs, the programme creates space for open dialogue, learning, and inspiration. Over a five-month journey, participants exchange experiences and gain fresh perspectives through meetings.

Programme Timeline

Step 1: Applications (December)

Mentees apply through the application form, sharing their background, interests, and goals. Since there are limited spots, not all applicants are guaranteed to participate.

Step 2: Matching

SSCC carefully reviews all applications and pairs mentors and mentees based on shared goals and experience.

Pairs are introduced by email ahead of the programme’s official start.

Step 3: Mentorship Journey (January - June)

Over approx. five months, pairs are encouraged to connect at least 4 times.

Guidelines, conversation prompts, and event invitations are provided to support regular, meaningful interaction.

Step 4: Wrap-Up

The programme concludes with a wrap-up!

The programme is open to young professional members of the Swedish Swiss Chamber of Commerce.

Yes, participation in the mentorship programme requires an active membership with the Swedish Swiss Chamber of Commerce. If you’re not yet a member, you can easily join before applying. Please note a membership only makes you eligible to apply for this program, not a guaranteed spot.

Matches are made carefully based on participants’ professional backgrounds, goals, and interests. The Chamber team reviews all applications to create pairs that encourage mutual learning and growth.

The programme is included in your SSCC membership. There is no additional participation fee.
