AI in Financial Services — From Systems to Value & Experience – Zurich
A Reality Check on Business Impact, Risk and Governance in Regulated Environments
Artificial Intelligence is rapidly reshaping the financial services industry — yet the reality behind the hype is far more complex.
While organisations accelerate investments in AI, questions around real business value, scalability, risk, governance, and customer impact remain unresolved.
This executive roundtable brings together senior leaders from financial services and adjacent industries to take a pragmatic, experience-driven look at where AI truly stands today — and what it means for the next phase of transformation.
The focus is not on theory, but on reality: what is working, what is not, and what leaders need to prioritise next.
What to expect?
This executive roundtable is designed as a peer-level exchange, centred on a grounded and practical view of AI in Financial Services.
Key focus areas include:
-
Current state of AI adoption across financial institutions
-
Tangible business value vs experimental initiatives
-
Risk, governance and regulatory considerations
-
The impact of AI on operating models and decision-making
-

The session aims to cut through the hype and provide actionable perspectives for senior decision-makers.
