Speakers

Stefan Ytterborn
Founder
CAKE
Swedish design entrepreneur Stefan Ytterborn has a long track record of successful business development. He founded the winter sports gear company POC in 2004, which was oriented towards safety and reducing the consequences of accidents for skiers and gravity sports athletes. Stefan’s strategic development of POC made him responsible for over 2000 consumer products, as POC was sold at the retail level in 45 countries. In his long career, he also introduced the IKEA PS product category in an effort to re-launch Swedish design in the 90s!
In 2016, Stefan founded CAKE, an electric motorcycle company. From the very start the goal was to create electric motorcycles that would combine excitement with responsibility, while inspiring the shift to a zero-emission society. The mantra instilled in the design team was “light, quiet and clean” and the result would two years later manifest itself in the first model, the Kalk, that first saw the light of day in January 2018.
Ellen Berg
Co-Founder
NonStop Gym
Ellen Berg is Co-Founder of NonStop Gym SA, an innovative chain of sports clubs with 30 sites throughout Switzerland.
Ellen Berg holds a Master of Science from Chalmers University of Technology and also studied Management and Economics of Innovation at ETH Zürich. She launched her career at a major player within the consumer goods industry in Geneva. While embracing privileged life in Switzerland, and its’ thrilling mountain sports, she also experienced some downsides. A lack of consumer centric concepts & products. Among them, qualitative, affordable and flexible training.
January 2014 Ellen Berg, together with her business partner Petra Posselius, opened their first NonStop Gym. With the vision to enable everyone, independent of lifestyle or size of wallet, to access qualitative training. 10 years later, NonStop Gym is the leading value fitness in Suisse Romande, and operate clubs Swiss wide.
Svante Holm
Co-Founder
Beauty Disrupted
Svante Holm has a long career in the tech business, working internationally for industry leaders such as Apple, Ericsson, Logitech and Ultimate Ears. When Svante was in the midst of his tech career he learned that 80 billion plastic shampoo and conditioner bottles get trashed every year. Few are recycled. Many end up in the oceans.
Determined to create better and cleaner alternatives that are more in tune with both people and planet, Svante Holm together with his co-founder Alban Mayne, quit their careers and embarked on a long and wild journey into everything beauty. After two years of research and development, and unforgettable encounters with artisans, botanists, perfumers and beauty experts along the way, the result is Beauty Disrupted.
Beauty Disrupted’s award-winning products are designed in Stockholm and consciously crafted in Grasse in the South of France. The company donates 20% of its profits to organizations that protect the planet and combat climate change.
